In 2008, KCF began working with a Masai school within walking distance of the tree farm. Inkokirdinga Primary School is a very poor school with excellent academic standards. In fact, in 2007 it became number one in its district.
What wasn’t so excellent was the kitchen where lunch for the children was prepared each day. In 2009, with the great assistance of the Browning group of volunteers, KCF was able to raise enough money to erect this new kitchen.
